Terms & Conditions

When you make a booking with us, you are asked to confirm that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.

  • We provide a full refund for bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the start date of your course.

  • Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to the start date of your course are not refundable.

  • If you withdraw from a course/class for any reason, it is considered a cancellation and a refund will not be given for remaining classes.


  • Bookings for one-off events such as Halloween & Christmas workshops and ‘drop in’ classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.


  • There may be times when BabyGrá need to cancel a class/course/workshop due to unforseen circumstances such as illness of instructor, adverse weather, issues with venue etc...if we need to cancel a class/course/workshop, it will be rescheduled for another date or will take place online.

  • Refunds will not be offered if you choose not to attend the rescheduled session/online session.

  • If the class/course/workshop cannot be rescheduled or take place online, a refund will be offered.


  • In the event that a class/course/workshop cannot take place in person as planned due to COVID 19 restrictions, your class/course/workshop will take place online.

  • In the event that a course has already commenced and cannot continue in person due to the introduction of COVID 19 restrictions, the remainder of the course will move online.

  • A refund will not be offered should you choose not to attend the online class/course/workshop.

  • In the event that your instructor is required to self-isolate due to contracting COVID 19 or being considered a close contact, classes/courses/workshops will move online temporarily or be rescheduled.

  • Refunds will not be offered if you choose not to attend the online class/course/workshop or attend the rescheduled sessions.


  • If you are unable to attend a class/course/workshop for any reason, including illness, we regret that it is not possible to facilitate ‘catch up’ sessions.

  • If you are unable to attend a class/course/workshop for any reason, refunds will not be provided for the sessions you have missed.


  • Please stay at home if you or your child are unwell, particularly if you:

    • Have a fever or have had one in the previous 24 hours.

    • Have had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours.

    • Have heavy nasal discharge.

    • Have discharging eyes.

  • Please stay at home if you, your child or anyone in your household has symptoms of a possible communicable disease such as:

    • Measles

    • Chicken pox

    • German measles

    • Whooping cough

    • Impetigo

    • Scarlett fever

    • Hand, foot and mouth disease

    • Norovirus


  • Please stay at home if you, your child or anyone in your household:

    • Has COVID 19 or has symptoms of COVID 19.

    • Are awaiting a test or result of test for COVID 19.

    • Have been advised by the HSE to restrict your movements / self isolate.

    • Children who return from travel abroad cannot attend class for 14 days after their return, as per HSE guidelines.

    • The guidelines regarding self-isolation, testing etc...vary for children, vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals. In addition, guidelines are frequently changing – this document is not intended to replace HSE advice. Please follow the most up to date advice from the HSE in all circumstances.


  • Your place in a class/course/workshop is not guaranteed until payment is received in full.

  • If you have paid a deposit, the balance of payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the start of your course.If full payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to offer your place on the course to a person on our waiting list. Your deposit will not be refunded in this instance.

  • Places for all classes/courses are allocated on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of a deposit or full payment. We regret that we cannot ‘reserve’ places in a class/course/workshop for clients without a deposit or full payment being received.

  • All payments must be made online via our booking system prior to the start of your class/course/workshop.     We regret that we cannot facilitate ‘cash on the day’.

  • All payments are securely processed by an online payment system called Stripe. As such, BabyGrá does not have any access to your personal credit/debit card information.

  • You cannot attend a class/course/workshop if you have not made a booking in advance via our online booking system and paid the full applicable fee.
