• Your place is secured once your €50 non-refundable booking deposit has been received.
• We cannot hold places without a booking deposit.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the beginning of your course unless you have already paid in full.
• If full payment is not received at least 7 days before the beginning of your course and you have not gotten in touch with us or responded to our attempts to contact you, you will forfeit your place and your non-refundable booking deposit. Your place will be offered to a parent on our waiting list.
• For safety reasons, all booking/medical forms must be completed before your first class.

• Booking deposits are non-refundable.

 

Refunds - Courses

• If you wish to cancel your place on a course more than 10 days before the course starts:
  • A refund can be issued minus the booking deposit.

• If you wish to cancel your place on a course within 10 days of the start date:
  • Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund. A transfer to a future course may be offered if space allows.

• If you wish to cancel your place after the course begins:
  • Refunds and partial refunds cannot be given.

 

Refunds - PAYG Classes

Unfortunately refunds cannot be offered for one off, PAYG classes.

If BabyGrá Cancels

• If a PAYG class or full course is cancelled by BabyGrá, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to another date.

 

3. Cancellations and Missed Classes

• If you miss a class for any reason (illness, holidays, appointments or other commitments), refunds cannot be offered.
• Where possible, and only if space allows, you may be invited to join another course for a catch-up session. This is not guaranteed.

If You or Your Baby Are Unwell:

• Please stay home to rest if you or your baby are experiencing vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, or any contagious illness.
• Refunds cannot be given for missed classes due to illness.

 

If your Instructor Is Unwell - Courses

• If your instructor is unwell for one of the classes in your course block, the class will either:
  • move online for one week, or
  • be transferred to a future date.

• If none of these options are possible, a partial refund will be offered depending on the number of sessions affected.
• We will do our best to make sure the rescheduled date suits everyone. If the rescheduled date does not suit you, we will offer you the opportunity to attend a class with another group at a later date. Unfortunately if you cannot make the rescheduled class, do not wish to attend online and refuse our offer to attend a class with another group - a refund cannot be offered.

If your Instructor Is Unwell - PAYG Classes

• If your Instructor is unwell and needs to cancel a PAYG or one-off class, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future class date.
