Baby Massage Courses with BabyGrá

What to expect

Our Baby Massage course runs over five weeks. Each session focuses on a different area of your baby’s body, such as the legs, tummy, chest and arms, helping you learn soothing techniques you can continue at home.

Classes are completely baby-led, so you’re encouraged to follow your little one’s pace throughout. Feeding, winding, cuddling and crying are all welcome — they’re a normal part of the experience, and you can respond to your baby’s needs whenever they arise.

Every week ends with a relaxed chat and light refreshments, giving you time to unwind and connect with other parents.

At the end of the course, you’ll be presented with a Certificate of Completion to celebrate the lovely journey you and your baby have taken together.

What to bring

All you really need to bring is a small towel or blanket for your baby to lie on, a spare nappy, wipes, and anything baby might need for feeding or comfort. A change of clothes can be handy too. Everything else, including organic massage oil, mats, and class materials, is provided for you.

What are the benefits of baby massage?

A gentle blend of ancient wisdom and modern science.

The strokes support healthy circulation, coordination, and physical development.
